A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the session, will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total session cost, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or “Acts of God” such as illness, severe weather, or other emergencies, the session will be rescheduled without penalty. Should the photographer need to cancel for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, or the session may be rescheduled at the client’s discretion. If any materials, props, or location-related purchases were made by the photographer in preparation for the session, reimbursement may be required in the event of cancellation.
